Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present petition has been preferred for directing the Respondent no.2 to decide the application registered as Case No. 01787 of 2020, Computerized Case No. T202005440401787, under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Ziaul Haque Vs. Chandra Bhushan), pending before him, within stipulated period.
Perusal of the order-sheet indicates that on all of the dates, the lawyers were abstaining from work.
I have considered the question for granting mandamus in such cases in the case of Prafull Kumar vs. State of U.P. and another, Writ C No. 17927 of 2021 decided on 3.8.2021.
In such view of the matter, I do not find any good ground to grant relief as prayed for in the present petition.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
