No cogent reasons are made out to grant this application. Hence, rejected. It is clarified that the applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and under the provisions of the Passport Act before the trial Court, if he wants to travel abroad and if the same will be preferred by the applicant, the trial Court will decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits. Direct service is permitted.
