JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Nanavaty, learned senior counsel appearing for the Company submits that the officers of the company are present and there is no possibility of settlement in this matter. He also submits that as per the award passed by the acquiring body, the amount is already deposited and received by the claimants. In view of the above, S.O. to 24.7.2012.
