From the comments offered by the Judicial Magistrate, Farenda, District Mahrajganj, the time taken in the disposal of the proceedings has been duly explained. The Court further notes that with effect from 27 March 2018, the Presiding Officer has placed the matter for disposal on day to day basis. Pursuant thereto the evidence of the complainant under Section 244 Cr.P.C. has already been concluded and the next date fixed is 5 August 2018.
In view thereof, this Court finds no good ground to continue these proceedings any further except to observe that the Presiding Officer shall ensure that the matter is disposed of with expedition and in letter and spirit of the earlier order of this Court.
The application shall stand disposed of.
