Heard Mr.Viral K. Shah, learned advocate for Mr.Rutvij S. Oza, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that by the impugned order dated 21.01.2012, whereby the matter has been remanded by the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department to the Collector by quashing and setting aside the order dated 24.10.2008 granting N.A. permission to the petitioner, is bad in law, as it has the effect of restraining the petitioner from carrying on his business.
Issue Notice returnable on 24.02.2012, only on the point whether the order of remand is in accordance with law, or not.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
