ORDER Mr.A.S. Kulkarni, Adv. for Petitioner Ms.Prathima Honnapura, AGA for R1-R4 1. The only prayer made in the present writ petition is that the 2nd Respondent-Deputy Commissioner of Police, west zone, Upparpet, Bangalore, may be directed to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 20.12.2016 in accordance with law to remove his name from the ‘Register of Rowdies’ maintained in the Magadi Road Police Station, Bangalore.
2. The learned Govt.Advocate fairly submits that the said representation, if any, already made, will be decided by the 2nd Respondent expeditiously.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the 2nd Respondent to decide the same expeditiously, within a period of one month from today. The petitioner may appear before the 2nd Respondent in the first instance on 16.08.2017. No costs.
