Heard Sri Ikram Ahmad, learned counsel for defendant-tenant/ petitioner.
This is apparently a frivolous petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for the following relief:
"(i) To direct the concerned court to stay the proceedings of Suit No.1/2018 pending in the court of Judges Small Causes Court, Pilibhit till the Suit No.223/2017 is decided.
(ii) To issue a writ order or direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
I do not find any good reason to interfere with the aforenoted Suit pending in the court of Judge Small Cause Court, Pilibhit.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 28.3.2018 NLY
