JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article-226 and 227 of the Constitution of India as well as Section-482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 with a prayer to quash and set aside the order dated 05/01/2012 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Junagadh in Criminal Misc. Application No.630 of 2011.
2. Learned advocate Mr.Vaibhav Vyas for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
