What is recorded in the order dated 9.1.2012 remains undisputed so far as the report of the checking squad, recommendation and opinion rendered by the experts of the Laboratory in which meter No.145024 was tested, for which meter the amount was paid and connection was granted.
Hence, Rule. The ad-interim relief granted earlier is modified to the extent that the Investigating Officer shall carry out the investigation in accordance with law, but no coercive action be taken against the applicant till further orders.
