ub When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent informed this Court, that the matters were already settled before the Trial court and hence, these petitions may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, these petitions having been infructuous and thereefore, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication. Hence, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
