Y.Thamotharan vs Dr.K.Vijayakarthikeyan

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner and the third respondent in the writ petition were both found to be violators by the competent authority, against which further proceedings have been taken by both the parties which are still pending.

2. That apart, the only direction given in the writ petition was for disposal of the representation, which has been complied.

3. In view thereof, there is no case made out for willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
