JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to issue passport by considering the petitioner's application in MD2070188200117, dated 24.04.2017.
2.Heard Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Srimathy, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 2 & 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. In the light of the prayer sought for in the Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's application in MD2070188200117, dated 24.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to necessary parties within a period of fours weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
