Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks a direction of this Court in the nature of mandamus to 4th respondent to decide the pending departmental appeal under the U.P. Basic Education Staff Rules, 1973 pending since 20.11.2010.
Sri Y.S. Bohra, learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the factual position.
In view of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving full opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
