The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 5.11.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 712 of 2019 at P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Banda, U/s 279, 338 I.P.C.
The allegations made in the impugned first information report disclose commission of cognizable offences and interestingly both the offences are bailable. Therefore, this petition is misconceived, and is, accordingly, dismissed.
