(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The basis of the present petition is the order dated 8.8.2008, whereby the status-quo was ordered to be maintained.
Upon hearing Mr.Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, it appears that it is an undisputed position that SCA No.8849 of 2008 is pending before the learned Single Judge.
Under these circumstances, we find that the petitioner can ventilate the grievance before the Court, which is seized with the proceedings, including that for further directions.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to initiate the action under the Contempt of Courts Act at this stage. Subject to the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
