Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that learned court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bulandshahr be directed to decide the Misc. Application No. 588 of 2021, Yashpal Singh Vs. Iglesh U/s 126 (2) Cr.P.C. in pursuance of the ex-party order dated 31.11.2019 in Maintenance Case No. 95 of 2005, Iglesh Vs. Yashpal Singh, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr expeditiously within stipulated time.
Learned A.G.A. did not oppose the above prayer.
In view of the above, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bulandshahr, where case is pending, is directed to dispose of same preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of computer generated copy of this order.
With this direction, this Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
