The petitioner has filed an application under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. This application does not bear a number.
Under such circumstances, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kairana, District Shamli may make an endeavour to decide the application filed by the petitioner, after giving it a specific number, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment, provided it is filed as per Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
