After arguing at some length learned counsel for the applicant states that there are bright chances of settling the dispute being a matrimonial matter between the parties. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in this behalf.
It view of it, the present application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the proceedings if an attempt to compromise the matter fructifies.
