Pursuant to the order dated 09.04.2012 passed by this Court, Police Inspector, Radhanpur has tendered affidavit dated 13.04.2012, which is not in accordance with the Gujarat High Court Rules. Therefore, the affidavit dated 13.04.2012 is rejected.
No compliance of the order dated 09.04.2012 is reported.
Appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken on the next date of hearing.
Post the matter on 20th April, 2012.
