1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:
"6(a) that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Registry to place the S.C.A. 5619 of 2004 on the Final Hearing Board at an early date."
2. The petition has been preferred in 2004 and petition came to be admitted on 22.02.2005. The other old/senior matters are pending in the cause list for final hearing. If the request as prayed for is granted then it would amount to allowing out of turn hearing to the applicant. Under the circumstances, it does not appear appropriate, at this stage, to grant out of turn hearing by allowing the request made by the applicant. However, the office is directed to list the petition in the cause list of final hearing in due course and as per its seniority.
3. With the aforesaid directions and clarification, the application is disposed of.
