The cause list shows that notice issued qua respondent No.4 is not received back. Furthermore, it is informed on behalf of Mr. Shastri, learned advocate, appearing for the NCTE that the said respondent is in process of making alternative arrangement of engaging another advocate. Hence, request for adjournment is made on the aforesaid grounds.
Under the circumstances, present matter is adjourned to 5.4.2012 with direction to the office to issue fresh notice to respondent - NCTE, returnable on 5.4.2012. The notice should contain the intimation regarding the next date of hearing.
