The similar set of facts has been decided by this Court by means of an order dated 22.1.2019, passed on Review Application No. 370984 of 2014 in First Appeal No. 459 of 1995 (Noida vs. Smt. Charan Kaur). The present Review Application No. 372365 of 2014 in First Appeal Defective No. 367 of 1993 is also allowed on the same terms and conditions as indicated in the order dated 22.1.2019 passed in First Appeal No. 459 of 1995.
The review application is allowed.
