Mr.B.Raviraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the subject matter car has been registered by the Registering Authority on 23.05.2017. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
