The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant patta in the name of Kollar Mutt Social Welfare Trust Thirumana Mandapam by considering the petitioner representation dated 04.02.2016 in respect of the property comprised in S.No.85/D/15 situated at Avinashi Village, Tiruppur District.
2. According to the petitioner, he is the President of Kollar Mutt Social Welfare Trust. He made a representation dated 04.02.2016 to grant patta in the name of Kollar Mutt Social Welfare Trust Thirumana Mandapam in respect of a property comprised in S.No.85/D/15 situated at Avinashi Village, Tiruppur District. Since no action was taken by the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. He further stated that one Thanthira Kolla Naidu Kalyana Mandapam Trust @ Thottiyar Madam represented by its President V.K.Selvaraj filed a writ petition in W.P.No.37681 of 2015 seeking direction to the Revenue Authorities to consider their representation for grant of patta in respect of property comprised in S.No.85/D/15 situated at Avinashi Village, Tiruppur District and the same was also disposed of by this court on 26.11.2015.

4.In view of the fact that a rival claim has already been made and that the petitioner has also made a representation, this court directs the authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all parties including the petitioner in W.P.No.37681 of 2015 and as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
