1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"5B. Your Lordships may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order fixing the early date of final hearing of Special Civil Application No.26746 of 2007."
2. It is noticed that the petition in connection with which the request is made has been filed in the year 2007 and the petition came to be admitted under order dated 16/10/2007.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid aspects and considering the position that the petitions which are much old and senior to present petition and which have been admitted before 2007 are pending for admission in the cause list of final hearing and that therefore, if the request, as prayed for by the applicant, is granted, it would amount to allowing out of turn hearing to the applicant by depriving other petitioners.
4. Therefore, registry is directed to list the writ petition in the cause list of final hearing in due course, as per its seniority.
5. The application is rejected and stands disposed of accordingly.
