JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.895 of 2015 filed before the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to Family Court, Erode.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the present transfer petition filed by the petitioner, however prayed for early disposal of the HMOP proceedings and made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, and recording the endorsement so made by him, this petition is ordered and accordingly the petition in HMOP. No.895 of 2015 is permitted to be withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of Family Court, Erode. The Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.895 of 2015 to the file of Family Court, Erode, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the Family Court, Erode, is directed to take the case on its file and the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode is directed to dispose of the said HMOP as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order.
