JUDGMENT / ORDER

Challenging the show cause notice of the third respondent dated 08.05.2015 and for a consequential direction to adjust the excess amount remitted by the petitioner in a sum of Rs.88,34,946/- towards the P.F. dues payable by the petitioner for the corresponding period, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.What is challenged is only a show cause notice by which the petitioner has been asked to show cause as to why the amount mentioned therein was not remitted by him. The petitioner is said to have given a reply to the said show cause notice. The enquiry was adjourned to 14.03.2017, as seen from the proceedings dated 28.02.2017.
4.In such view of the matter, the writ petition filed is not maintainable. The petitioner has to wait for the final adjudication and thereafter work out the remedy under the statute.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand disposed by directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate final orders pursuant to the communication dated 28.02.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
