The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash the Memo issued by the first respondent dated 31.7.2010, and to direct the respondents to release all the terminal benefits of the petitioner.
2.The learned appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the charges framed against the writ petitioner were dropped by the first respondent.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
