Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled out PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn of Court between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the endorsement so made, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
