High Court Of Gujarat|03 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

This matter was heard on last occasion also and thereafter it was adjourned to today so that the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants can contact his clients. Today, when the present revision application is taken up for further hearing, Shri Chinmay Gandhi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants has stated at the Bar that he has no further instruction in the matter though he has tried to contact the applicants. Under the circumstances, he has requested to pass appropriate order.
Considering the above, present Civil Revision Application is dismissed for non-prosecution for want of instruction by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants. Rule is discharged.
It goes without saying that if in near future, more particularly, within three months, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants is in a position to contact his clients and the applicants are desirous of proceeding further with the present application, he may submit an appropriate application for restoration / revival of the main Civil Revision Application which shall be considered in accordance with law.
