Interim relief granted earlier stands confirmed on same terms and conditions. The claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount by Account Payee cheque and balance 50 % shall be invested in the name of the Nazir of the Tribunal with a nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the appeal. The Fixed Deposit Receipt shall be retained with the Nazir of the Tribunal. The periodical interest that may be accrued on the said deposit shall not be paid to the concerned claimant pending this appeal. Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs.
