M/S vs State

This petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed against the interlocutory order dated 16.3.2012 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmedabad Rural, Mirzapur, Ahmedabad, by ordering the trial to be conducted as a summons trial.

In absence of any legal bar, no interference is necessary at this stage. Petition is summarily rejected in absence of merit.
