JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, a Memo dated 31.08.2017 has been filed and signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3, wherein settlement has been arrived at between the parties to the writ petition. Accordingly, while recording the said memo, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The said Memo, along with its enclosure-letters therein, shall form part of the order. It is the duty of the first respondent/Government to see that the money is disbursed to the parties concerned in this Writ Petition, without driving them from pillar to post. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
