Devnani learned advocate for the respondent no. 2. The respondent no. 1 -Society is not served. Since we propose to take Letters Patent Appeal for admission today, as prima-facie we do not find any substance in appeal, we deem it proper to condone the delay caused in filing the present Letters Patent Appeal. Hence, the delay caused in filing the present Letters Patent Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
