Respondent No.2 has been served by way of substitute service, therefore, considering her request, issue fresh notice to respondent no.1 returnable on 5.3.2010. Registry has to serve respondent No. 1 by due process. Over and above that, applicant is permitted to serve respondent No.1 by RPAD, at the costs of applicant.
