Heard learned Advocate Mr. Hasmukh Thakker for the applicant.

In view of the explanation rendered, sufficient cause is shown for the delay in filing the appeal. The delay of 202 days is condoned in terms of prayer at Paragraph 4.A) of the application.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
