JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed National Insurance Co. Ltd., Namakkal. Counsel for the Appellant http://www.judis.nic.in -2- This National Lok Adalat Award is passed in terms of the above settlement. The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
