The amount in appeal is small and therefore this court is not inclined to entertain the present applications. However, the payment which is made to the claimant/s shall be subject to the outcome of the first appeal. It is clarified that if the applicant/s succeed/s in the appeal, it shall be open to the applicant/s to recover the amount of compensation from the owner of the vehicle in question and not from the claimant/s. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
