Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
1. Interim relief in terms of Para-6(i) of the application on condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded amount, including interests and costs, with the Tribunal concerned, within a period of four weeks from today.
2. On such deposit being made, the Tribunal concerned shall invest the entire amount in FDR with any nationalized Bank on long term basis and the same shall be renewed from time to time without any orders in that regard from this Court. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular basis.
3. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the above extent with no order as to costs.
