JHAVERI, J.) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION Heard Mr. Vibhuti Nanavati, learned advocate appearing for the applicant.
Rule returnable on 27.02.2012. In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of para 6 (A) on condition that the amount awarded by the Tribunal alongwith proportionate interests and costs shall be deposited by the applicant within a period of four weeks from today. Order as to investment and disbursement of the awarded amount shall be passed on the returnable date.
