Learned advocate Mr. Rana states that earlier the judgment delivered by the trial Court was challenged before the learned additional Sessions Judge and thereafter, as the appeal was dismissed, present appeal has been filed. He also states identical issue is raised in Criminal Appeal No.1455 of 2011, which is admitted by this Court.

Hence, ADMIT. Bailable warrant be issued in the sum of Rs.5000/- against respondent No.1.
