The learned counsel for the respondents state that the application u/s. 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, pending before the Tribunal will be withdrawn. In view of the aforesaid statement, the impugned award will be treated as final award and the Tribunal will not pass any award on application u/s. 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act. In view of the same, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
