The present Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 18 days caused in filing the First Appeal on the grounds stated in the application inter alia the procedural delay in getting necessary approval and clearance.
Heard learned counsel, Mr.Ravi Karnavat for the applicant and learned counsel, Mr.Mehul Sarad Shah, how states that he has instruction to appear for the opponent.
In view of the grounds mentioned for explaining the delay, sufficient cause can be said to have been made out for condonation of the delay. Therefore, considering the guidelines laid down by catena of judicial pronouncements with regard to the pragmatic approach, the present civil application deserves to be allowed.
The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
