(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE BHAGWATI PRASAD) This is understood from the arguments advanced in the order that the appellant wants to proceed with the selection. There is no impediment in the order of the learned Single Judge that the selection, which is intended, can proceed on its schedule, as desired by the appellant.
Since the main matter has been ordered to be heard early, the parties may make request before the learned Single Judge to prepone the hearing and dispose of the matter at the earliest point of time.
In the meanwhile, the appellant may proceed with selection and the respondents' position will not be disturbed until final disposal of the matter, which is ordered to be concluded within two months.
These appeals are disposed of by agreement of the parties with the aforesaid directions.
In view of the disposal of the main appeals, Civil Applications do not survive and they are disposed of accordingly.
