JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2016. B.RAJENDRAN,J kkd
2. Heard Mr.K.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2016 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
