This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.14 of 2016, on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.13 of 2017.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
