This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.5510 of 2014 dated 05.09.2014.
2.By order dated 05.09.2014, made in W.P.(MD) No.5510 of 2014, this Court issued a direction to the second respondent to submit a report to the first respondent with regard to the alleged irregularities committed by the third respondent in the writ petition.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents that the said report has been communicated by the second respondent to the first respondent on 07.07.2017.
4.Thus, there is substantial compliance of the order and it cannot be considered as a willful disobedience. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
