The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2013 has been settled out of Court between the parties PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn before the Lok Adalat and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Lok Adalat and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
