This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.6329 of 2010 dated 20.12.2013.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court dated 20.12.2013, has been complied with and the appeal has been disposed of by order dated 24.03.2015. Copy of the said order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
