1. Heard Sri D.S. Pandey, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This is a bail application moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2016, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Gauri Bazar, District Deoria.
3. Applicant is husband. Marriage was solemnized on 16.02.2016 and within four months of marriage Informant received information of death of her daughter and when he reached the residence of applicant, he found dead body of his daughter, who has died due to burn injuries by pouring kerosene oil. Cause of death is duly verified in post mortem report. PW-1 in examination-in-chief has supported FIR version that due to non satisfaction of dowry his daughter has been killed by applicant and in-laws. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
